Meghan Moyer is the owner and operator of M.W. Moyer Construction. As a mother, feminist, and native Oregonian, Meghan created M.W. Moyer with a singular vision- to create a construction company that believes in the same values as the clients it serves. That is why Meghan prioritizes sourcing materials locally, hiring and partnering with other women and LGBT folks in the industry, and delivering unique and quality craftsmanship no matter the price point.

Meghan’s dedication to partnering with other women in the field extends outside of her principle role at M.W. Moyer. She has served on the board of Oregon Tradeswomen (OTI), an organization dedicated to promoting success for women in the trades through education, leadership, and mentorship since 2013. As a member of the board, Meghan is instrumental in opening up opportunities for other women in the industry through OTI’s pre-apprenticeship program that provides free training to women looking to enter the trades with a focus on low-income women and women of color.

Meghan believes that all people deserve to live, work, and thrive in a warm and beautiful space.
